Little smarty pants
It was really freaking hot here in Ottawa today. The hottest it has ever gotten in May supposedly - 109 degrees. Ugh. We have crazy humidity here. Unbearable when it gets that hot. I stayed in our air conditioned house all day working. Then the power went out when I was in the middle of working on something. It didn't come back on for a bit so we packed up the kids and went for a swim at my parents' place. On the drive there, Isabella talked and talked and talked. Mostly to herself. At one point Pablo and I were laughing at how much she can talk with barely a break between sentences.
Pablo then asked Isabella, "What will it take for you to stop talking for a couple minutes?"
Isabella was quick to reply, "UMMM...MONEY!"

Ridin' horses
My two cousins, Cristina and Ashley, each have their own horse, Cherokee and Kahlua. Pablo and I took Isabella and Simon to the barn today to see the horses and they both got to ride. They couldn't have been happier.

The look on his face when he got on the horse was priceless. He was mesmerized...
