first day of grade 1!

Isabella started grade 1 today. She's been counting down the days for school to start. She was so excited last night that it was hard to get her to settle down and go to sleep. She took the bus to school and we met her there to find out what class she was in, etc. Turns out she was put in a grade1-2 split class. We're happy about that - she is totally up for the challenge.
