Diane - I have yet to use chalkboard paint...not sure how much I would like the chalk dust on my beige carpets or on my really dark hardwood floors. On the other hand, I love black paint.
Hollie - I just love the eclectic vibe from that first photo - I want that tufted chair. Doesn't quite make me want to have another baby though like you. LOL!
