I can't believe summer vacation is almost over. Where in the heck did the summer go? So depressing. I'm totally regretting not taking any time off this summer...
Last Sunday, we went over to my parents' place to swim and we cooked dinner for them: steaks on the BBQ, mustard & garlic roasted potatoes with crispy prosciutto, shallots, and fresh basil vinaigrette and bacon wrapped green beans (!). OMG was it ever good.
Needed a few quick meals during the week so I made korean beef (a regular quickie) and taco style grilled pork chops:
Cookie craving so today I thought I'd try these peanut butter nutella swirl cookies.
