lov love love the gray-white-pink combination, it reminds me of a jumpsuit I had in the 80s and I mean that in the nicest way ever
the bed looks so good. I painted emma's white and black.. after 2 days of painting the wood I wish I wouldn't have because this looks good! (and also because I'm so stinking sore from it.)
I love the space under her bed! So fun for a little kid!
Marie - LOL! I can picture it too! HA!Hollie - white and black is awesome! If only Isabella didn't like pink so much or her room would have been done in black/white/grey and I probably would have painted the bed frame too. I painted over the blue sides of the bed in grey and the paint chips so easily! Boo.heyhomeslice - it is the PERFECT little kid/big kid bed. in fact, i want one too. :)
what a fun room! wait till she's a tween, she'll be hanging out under that bed with her laptop and facebooking all her friends!
OMG - I can picture it and it's so scary! I want her to stay little forever! LOL!
This looks wonderful. Does she love it???
She LOVES it. She spends so much time in there - signs of a very successful redo!
love this! where are the curtains from?
Thanks! The curtains are vintage - I found them on Etsy.
what pillows did you use for the bottom? I love how it fits perfectly!! I have a one year old and a 5 year old... thinking of temporarily putting her on the bottom with those pillows (until she outgrows it) so that they can have some play space down there, too!!
They are ikea sofa cushions (sold as separate cushions). My sister had made a DIY sofa and bought these for the bottom cushions. She got rid of the sofa and gave me the cushions.
