We had family over Friday night for Simon's birthday. It was alot of fun as always and Simon (and Isabella) had a blast.Turns out Simon really loves balloons and sat and played with them for quite some time. And just like his sister, Simon is quite good at opening presents (thanks again to my fam for the presents!). When it came to cake time Simon needed a bit of coaxing from his dad to dig in but I couldn't believe he didn't even try to put his hand in his mouth to lick the icing! His dad then smeared his face with the icing covered hand for the camera. The kids were exhausted by the end of the party and went to bed oh so nicely. My little boy is a year old and I can't believe how quickly this year has gone by. Love you buddy!
