Health stuff

A couple weeks ago, I had an appointment for a check-up with my doctor. After this appointment, my doctor requested I get some bloodwork done. My doctor's office called and it turns out my vitamin D levels are really low so I have to take 1000 IU a day of vitamin D and I'll need to get bloodwork done again in 2 months to see if my levels have improved.

Pablo's surgery that he was supposed to have in January (which was postponed) is now happening on February 17th.  I'm glad it is taking place while I'm off work for 6 weeks so I'll be home to look after him and the kids.

Almost forgot to add: my mom broke her arm a couple days ago - and that was a couple of days into her 6-week Mexico trip. Hope your arm gets better real soon, Mom!!!

  2. I sure do hope so Collette! But with my husband and his never ending health issues, I'm not so sure that this is it. I can hope though, right?

  3. UNREAL. Especially Mom. I am SOOO bringing decent soled shoes to Mexico so I don't end up with yet another broken arm too.

  6. There will be a rush and that in turn takes a toll on quality. Give that contractor that full time and he will be able to provide a better quality product as well as a better attitude toward the job. We aren't machines, we are human.Glownar
